1. Photos of Therapist(s)
Due to the regulations of the Authorities, Cloud Nine BodyCare is not allowed to share / show any photos of our Therapist(s) and any such request will not be acceded.

2. Showering Time
Please be advised that showering time is considered part of the treatment duration.

3. Tipping to Therapist(s)
Cloud Nine BodyCare does not condone behaviour of Therapist(s) who demand for tips from the Client(s) as tipping is out of Clients' goodwill and willingness.

Should you experience such behaviour, please do not hesitate and report it immediately to our Front Desk so that we can conduct investigation and take the needful actions.

4. Negotiating of Prices by Therapist(s)
Cloud Nine BodyCare does not condone behaviour of Therapist(s) who negotiate price with the Client(s).

Should you experience such behaviour, please do not hesitate and report it immediately to our Front Desk so that we can conduct investigation and take the needful actions.

5. No-Show Policy

Please be advised that Cloud Nine BodyCare will not be able to accept future bookings from clients who did not show up for their bookings twice without pre-informing Cloud Nine BodyCare.

Dear Customers,

Cloud Nine BodyCare runs a time based business, time is of the essence. We run a very tight schedule, please arrive for your appointment on time or 5 minutes early. In order to avoid any disputes or misunderstandings, charges for the sessions will be according to the timings that were booked.

We strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity, so let's help each other out and not let each other wait by being on time. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to serving you again soon.
